The Grand Czardom was founded on the 27th of December 2004 by Grand Czar Krisztian I of Cyrenia. His sister and heir presumptive was crowned Princess Regent Theresa on the same day, as did younger brother Emil who became Chancellor, and parents who became Grand Duke and Duchess. Grandmother was crowned Secretary of State. The Czar himself is also the Grand Vizier.

 The Grand Czardom of Cyrenia was founded to create a traditional slavic monarchy, as well as interacting with the micronational community. See the Foreign Ministry for more information on how to become a citizen.

 The Grand Czardom acts fully independently, and has its own currency, laws, and seperate ministries (State, Foreign, Internal, Economic, Education, Culture, Propaganda and Information and Media) .
