Grand Czar(ina)
The Grand Czar is the monarch and previosly supreme ruler and autocrat of all
Cyrenia. Prior to legislation passed in the first Royal Cabinet meeting, his word was law,
but he was not an evil dictator
and still does not frequently use the full extent of his power.
Prince(ss) Regent
The Prince Regent, currently a Princess Regent, is the Czar's vice and second most powerful person in Cyrenia. He can
bestow as much or as little authority on the Prince(ss) Regent as he sees fit.
Prince(ss) Consort
The Prince Consort is the Prince Regent's assistant. Currently this office is vacant but it looks likely to be bestowed
on Prince Emil shortly.
Grand Vizier
The current Grand Vizier is also the Grand Czar. He is the chairperson of Royal Cabinet and brings meetings to order
etc. His other roles include being the Archduke of the Order of the Protectorship (see Knightly Orders page)
Emperor (Empress)
The Emperor is always the Grand Czar or Czarina and refers to the Empire of Antarctica.
Czarevna
The Czarevna (sometimes spelt Czarovna) is the first female in line to the throne, currently also the Princess Regent
Theresa.
Czesarevitch
Pronounced Tsee-zar-rehv-ich, The Czesarevitch is the first male in line to the throne, who is
currently Prince Emil
Chancellor
The Chancellor, who is at this moment in time is Prince Emil, is Royal Cabinet's ambassador to Conference, and
publishes a fortnightly report to Conference of the activities of Royal Cabinet.
Secretary of State (General)
It is the Secretary of State's duty to monitor trade and import, as well as foreign industry. The Secretary of State
also travels with the Foreign Minister on visits to other micronations. It is also there job to, in times of national catastrophe
etc. when Royal Cabinet takes over national control as described in the Constitution to assume the role of the Foreign Minister.

Minister of State
The Minister of State, formerly known as the Prime Minister, is the democratically elected Member of Parliament
that assists the Grand Czar in every day politics etc.

A Minister is head of a respective government department e.g. Economy
Minister without Portfolio
A high ranking Member of Parliament without a specific department or duty.
Secretary of State for ..( Defence etc)
Head of a more Specific area of government than an Minister
