Bank of Cyrenia
The valid currency of the Empire and Grand Czardom of Cyrenia and Antarctica is the Kuru (¢). The Kuru is divided into 100 centime, ten of which make a shilling, therefore their are ten shillings in a Kuru. The value of the Kuru is pegged to the Great British Pound Sterling.
Banknotes.
There are seperate ¢1.00, ¢5.00, ¢10.00, ¢20.00, ¢50.00 ¢100.00 and ¢250.00 Kuru notes (samples of the 1 and 5 below). Each has the Grand Czar on one side, and someone famous on the other side ( Vincent van Gogh on ¢1, M.C. Escher on ¢5, Christopher Columbus on ¢10, Leonardo da Vinci on ¢20, Sir Francis Drake on ¢50, HIH the Princess Regent Theresa on ¢100 and Julius Caesar on ¢250).
