A Brief 10 minute meeting was held in the Ministry of State on the 19th after its creation. Members discussed how to
bring the Ministry forward and make it a crucial organisation of government. The Assistant Minister of State decided that
in future meetings they would take the debates in Parliament, get to the bottom of them, find the problem, and take steps
to improve the situation

Half annual report
Every six months the Ministry of State publishes a report about its activities and occupations to the public. In June,
July, October and December the Ministry also invites citizens to present issues to put on the agenda for the meetings for
those months, known as a role-call meeting, and several citizen witnesses compose a report of those meetings.
Citizens advice
on the 16th of every other month, (January, March, May, July, September, November) a Ministry member will be available
to give advice and counseling to citizens
