This is the government-run page on the Justice system  in Cyrenia. It also contains some hopefully useful information on the Legal system as a a whole in Cyrenia.

Lord Privy Seal Henryk Januszki has himself provided a short piece of Information about the Cyrenian Judiciary process.

General Law
While Cyrenia is an absolute monarchy, citizens all have constitutional rights that could be repealed by the Czar until Resolution A of the 12th April 2005. Other actual laws are created by Parliament, Royal Cabinet or the Grand Czar. Royal Cabinet or Parliament laws must then be voted on by a public referendum. The Grand Czar formely had the power to create laws, but the Constitution states that the he cannot individually do this, and since Resolution A (see above) binds him to the constitution, he has lost all individual legislative powers. Laws introduced are added to a large 'secondary constitution' called the Statement of laws. There are three courts in Cyrenia, the Supreme, Minor and Major. The Supreme court deals with government crimes, abdications, exiles etc. the Major with murders, manslaughter, etc. and Minor with robbery shoplifting etc.
No court cases as such have happened yet but details on them will be posted here

The Eptimiagraph
The Eptimiagraph is used to assist Judges in choosing what penalty a convicted offender must face. When a new Law (Decree, Act or Resolution) is passed it contains the maximum number on the Eptimiagraph and the minimum, each which represent a punishment, that an offender of that law must face. It is used only as a rough guideline and the penalty used is entirely down to the Judges descretion.
