The House of Parliament is the lower house of the houses of Conference. It is made up of commoners, each belonging to
one of Cyrenia's political parties, and the number of members of a political party in Parliament is proportional to the amount
of votes that party has received in the elections. There can be a maximum of 200 people in Parliament (or 201 if you count
the Lord Executive, the chairperson of Parliament, who has no say in the debates but simply keeps order)and each party has
a maximum amount of members aloud in Parliament decreed by the elections. Anyone, even a non-cyrenian can register to
be a member of Parliament for the political party they support the most, and then the parliamentary discussions take place
online (The core members, e.g. Minister of State, head of opposition, ministers, all take their seets in the actual House
of Parliament in North Plymouth and speak outloud to the other members as well as online). To find out about what Parliament
