The Assistant Minister of State, John Fuller, was appointed by David Whaley on 8th Feb 2005 after the
sad death of the previous assistant Samuel Wilbert. As he is not a member of Royal Cabinet, he can exercise special powers
in fields the Prime Minister cannot. He has a peaceful and environmentally concerned international policy.
