The House of Nobles exists to veto Parliamentary decisions, investigate the workings of government and serve as a final court of appeal. Each noble of every Cyrenian Province (or if the noble is a royal then an appointed representative) ,six Knights of the highest ranks, and six Law Lords (Including the Lord Privy Seal) if available sit in the House of Nobles.
