The Current Foreign Minister, HH Prince Julius, is the Grand Czar's Uncle and Royal Consort. He has graduated from university with a degree in law and order and politics, and after perfecting
his language knowledge of French, German and Russian, he was appointed by Grand Czar Krisztian in 2004 as the Foreign Minister
of the Grand Czardom of Cyrenia as it was originally known before it annexed antarctica. He enjoys the high government activity
and manages the Foreign Ministry exceptionaly well.
