This is is the department of International Relations home page. The Department aims towards building a peaceful and unpoluted
world, and attempts to do so by opening diplomatic relations, and joining international and intermicronational association.
As the nation is relitavely young it has not yet completed the diplomatic relations opening process, but it hopes to open
relations with several micronations, and has already done so with one, the Grand Duchy of Westarctica. It has joined the
United Micronations, although that has become inactive.

If your government would like to enter diplomatic Relations with Cyrenia and enjoy mutual recognition, Cyrenia would be
pleased to do this. However, your nation must qualify for a number of attributes:
Stability: Your Micronation must have been in existence for at least four months, and more than
3 regime changes must not have occured within any six month period within the last four years. Your nation must enjoy
a peaceful state of existence.
Seriousness: Your nation must not be any form of political simulation, humorous entity, RPG or
similiar fantasy nation, and must possess a stable government, head of state, and actual territory
Anti-Hostility: If your nation has a record of Hostility, which, as classified by the state,
include but are not limited to; Internet Hacking, Cyber crimes, forms of sabotage, and the ridiculousness that is Micronational
War then Cyrenia will refuse to even enter into communication with you.
Anti-Prejudice: If your nation promotes or supports in any way whatsoever Racial, Sexual, disabilitational
or religious Prejudice then Cyrenia will refuse to enter communication with you. We feel very strongly and negatively about
these Prejudices, and completely condemn them.
Montevideo Convention: Finally, your nation must comply fully with article 1# of the Montevideo
Convention: The state as a person of international law should possess the following qualifications: (a) a permanent population;
(b) a defined territory; (c) government; and (d) capacity to enter into relations with the other states.
If Your Nation has all these qualifications then Cyrenia would be pleased to enter relations with you.
